Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide services at a facility in Mitchells Virginia. The ideal candidate will deliver direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist that will include; the implementation of treatment plans administration of therapeutic exercises and ongoing monitoring of patient progress.

Rate: $29$36 (Pay rate will be determined by the facility based on qualifications and experience)
Requirements:
Graduate of APTA program accredited by CAPTE
Active Virginia license
CPR Certification
Responsibilities:
Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facilitys policies and procedures.
Provide direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Assist the Physical Therapist in performing assessments and complex treatment procedures.
Maintain documentation on all patients referred for services.
Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facilitys approved documentation forms.
Attend and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Complete all tasks within established timelines provided by the facility.
Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned by facility.
