Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Update our internal databases with information and discussions with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with the team
Provide uptodate product and service information to customers
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
Maintain a positive and professional attitude always
Other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead from time to time
Requirements
- HND or BSc. holder
- Other Professional qualifications and related courses
- In search of PPA/fresh graduate who has completed NYSC
- Must be Social media savvy
- Willing to learn
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Must be a good listener
