Support Staff: Infusion center charge nurse 3 MAs 3 Office Staffs
Cases: Acute Leukemia Malignant Hem
Trauma Level: I
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
Not required to perform BMT or BMB
Hospitalist will admit patients but locums will be consulted
locum will initiate transfer if needed
Hospital Privileges required: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active MO License (preferred)
BC/BE
BLS
