We are seeking a highly organised and detailed orientated individual who will be responsible for a wide range of Office Administrative tasks whilst ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures across the company operation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards ISO& 45001
- Fleet management
- Postal and office duties
- Telephone and website enquiries
- Liaising with staff in different departments and with external contacts
- Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Issuing quotes and proposal for potential business
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing the office storage (materials and uniform orders)
- Overseeing job scheduling
Requirements
You will have 6 months to 1 year HR experience
Ability to work with volume and in a fastpaced environment
Have good excel and work skills as well as professional email etiquette
High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Promotes strict confidentiality within the department
