Senior Executive Group Finance Treasury

• Responsible for the daytoday accounting function.
  
• Prepare the full set account and monthly management reports.
  
• Prepare the audit schedules and tax schedules.
  
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  
• Liaise with external auditors tax agent (Group) and relevant authorities for statutory compliance.
  
• Preparation of payments and to support Treasury function.
  
• Assist in analysis and to provide management with detailed information on operations.
  
• Other ad hoc assignment when required by the management.
  

Requirements

• LCCI / Higher Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
  

• At least 3 years and MUST HAVE experience working in a PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/CONSTRUCTION environment would be an advantage.
  

• Able to interact with different levels of staff (including management) across different functional areas.
  
• Analytical.
  
• Able to understand and produce the required reports from the accounting software systems
  
• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
