Job Description
- Manage the Key Account portfolio for our Food Vertical business
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders in multiple locations to ensure the growth of the portfolio
- Spearhead the implementation of new projects
- Resolve escalations
- Keep the customer experience in check at all times
- Guide and train the new partners on everything Snoonu
- Charter marketing plans for the accounts on the platform
- Upsell services like premium positioning, offers, banners, etc
- Devise growth strategies for the accounts
- Troubleshooting
