Job Description
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution for a range of print and digital projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, web design, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and develop their careers.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards, are visually engaging, and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to coordinate production and ensure the highest quality output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
