Tasks

• Lead the Media and Digital Marketing Department for Central & East Europe
• Supervise the team in Media Digital Marketing Analytics and Marketing Controlling
• Manage regional A&P budget
• Oversee media management strategy execution and performance analysis
• Implement Digital Analytics and AI strategies
• Develop and enhance digital skills within the team
• Advise senior management on A&P matters

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in media and digital marketing with essential media agency or FMCG industry background
• Strong leader with toptier communication skills
• Skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships and organizational intricacies
• Expertise in digital and datadriven strategies AI and MarTech solutions
• Successful in media negotiations brand management across markets and crosscultural collaboration within a matrix structure
