We are looking for a Contact Center Agent for a Shared Services Center with a dynamic and multicultural environment with talented professionals from over 15 different nationalities.
Tasks
You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business
- Guide the customers through the Webshop is part of your role
- Further you will be ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained
- Transfer queries to the corresponding department
Requirements
- You have a High School Degree
- You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
- You speak at C2 level of French and B2 level of English
- Additionally you are proactive focused on responding promptly to actions
- SAP and Office Tools Basic Knowledge is preferred
- Able to work in a results oriented team is required in this role
- You ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the companys digital transformation project
- You are able to collect interpret and use data effectively driving digital transformation
