Call Center Agents provide toptier customer service and technical assistance to all customers working with a team of agents and supporting the Team Leader in all initiatives aimed at driving team/individual performance and achieving team goals. They will handle customer service/product support calls/emails using available tools to provide solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the account
- Assists customers by answering questions and providing additional information about products and services.
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls and answering all product related questions
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; to expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document the problem description and details accurately clearly and with the essential facts needed to understand and resolve the problem
- Recommends potential products or services to management by gathering customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to the team effort by achieving related results when necessary.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed at least High School (old curriculum)
- Has at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and graveyard shift
- Amenable to work onsite in at least one of these locations: Iloilo Pasig Mandaluyong Anonas or Antipolo
- Working knowledge of computers basic applications and Windows operating systems
- Is customeroriented and qualityfocused
- Has strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Able to multitask and solve problems
