Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Petly. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for daily tasks such as answering phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and handling clerical tasks. This is an on-site role located in Amman.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Familiarity with pet care services is a plus
