Job Description :
The Senior IT Manager is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of all aspects of IT. This individual sets the direction for the division, established goals and objectives and is ultimately responsible for the division's success.

Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic plan to support the growth of the business
2. Maintains staff with recruiting, training, and mentoring while maintaining a safe and secure work environment
3. Directs research by studying organization goals, strategies, best practices and business needs
4. Manage 3rd party vendors and maintain relationships as an extension of the business
5. Overseeing all IT related resource selection and purchasing

Qualification :
1. Bachelor?s degree in related business or technical areas, or an equivalency of education and work experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of management experience, including delegation, evaluation, development of staff/contractors, long range strategic planning and ability to build strong vendor relationships
3. In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
