MIS Manager

1. Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
   
2. Utilize advanced Excel functions including Vlookup Hlookup Pivot Tables and Sumif to analyze data and generate reports.
   
3. Collaborate closely with BPO Head and Team Leads to understand business requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
   
4. Design and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.
   
5. Generate periodic reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational metrics and performance indicators.
   
6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation procedures.
   
7. Train and support team members on MIS tools and processes to enhance data utilization across the organization.
   
8. Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in MIS to drive continuous improvement.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (4 years) in MIS management preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
  
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Certification in MIS or related fields would be an advantage.
