Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer and as a member of the People and Culture Leadership Team this role provides strategic partnership and delivery of endtoend HR services to drive the development and enhancement of the people proposition and implementation of the people agenda aligned with the key business objectives across the Executive Functions of our Spanish branch.
For this role we evaluate hybrid hirings from our Madrid office.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Function Leaders providing expert guidance in all people matters.
- Strategic input to support the development of the groupwide people proposition and key people initiatives in partnership with the CoEs as an active member of the People and Culture Leadership Team.
- Creation and execution of the functional people agenda to meet the strategic and growth ambitions of the business.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal requirements under relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Shape and drive the approach to employee engagement fostering an inclusive workplace and culture.
- Ensure robust performance management processes to drive a highperforming culture.
- Continuously improve the people team s efficiency and effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions that simplify and/or enhance processes.
- Daytoday management of all aspects and activities of the people agenda to provide the best service and employee experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Constant advocate for and upholder of our organisational values.
- Leadership coaching and development of direct reports and where applicable members of the wider people team.

Experience & Qualifications
- A true Senior HR generalist with a strong strategic and operational HR background gained in leading across all aspects of the HR agenda in a global fastpaced highgrowth organisation.
- Proven experience in developing and executing bestinclass people plans to meet the strategic and growth ambitions of the business.
- Proven knowledge and practical application of relevant HR practices and employment laws.
