Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor
Location: Worcester WR3
Salary: Up to 18 per hour ( 39780 per year) bonus ( 6k) OTE 45780 per year other excellent benefits listed below
Full Time and Permanent Monday to Friday 42.5 hours a week no weekends! Accident Repair Bodyshop Join our clients highly efficient and professional body shop team with 20 years of unparalleled passion for vehicle body repair. With over 650 qualified and passionate employees our client is a multiawardwinning company boasting 35 body shops nationwide. They are now actively recruiting for a Vehicle Damager Assessor / VDA Estimator for their Bodyshop in Worcester
Main Purpose of role: Produce initial and updated estimates as specified by insurers/customers ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out safely to correct specification efficiently and that by doing so a satisfactory profit margin can be generated.
About You: You must be able to: Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales. Work skilfully and safely under pressure. Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision. Be flexible in your approach. Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind. You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.

Requirements: Proof of Right to Work in the UK. Relevant manufacturer experience. Smart appearance. Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT. Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts. Relevant product knowledge. Supports others to continuously improve performance.
