Senior Lawyer

3 months contract with Local government

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced lawyer We are looking for a flexible motivated and ambitious lawyer with experience in one or more areas of litigation such as general civil litigation employment Licensing commercial litigation landlord & tenant judicial review injunctions housing disrepair ASB possessions tenancy fraud and other local authority criminal litigation.. The successful candidate will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team working on varied and complex issues. You will be a team player who can demonstrate selfmotivation and flexibility. The ability to work to tight timescales/deadlines is essential for this role. Prior local authority experience is desirable but not essential.

Carry out all accountabilities in compliance with the Council s Policies and Procedures

Essential Experience and Qualification:

Admitted and registered with the SRA.
