Job Description

We are looking for an Equipment Technician III Wilmer TX

Job Description:

Ability to train junior production personnel

Ability to solve complicated equipment malfunction independently and with minimum supervision

Generate and analyze data to effectively communicate reporting to leaders

Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level.

Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures.

Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment system in a timely manner.

Ability to detect isolate and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

Assist with aligning machines and equipment during installation using hoists jacks squares ruler micrometers and plumb bobs.

Support in repairing any problems associated with new equipment.

Follow work arrangement timely repair the faulty equipment reported for repair and ensure the maintenance quality.

Maintain the equipment to prolong the longevity of service life and improve its utilization rate.

Strictly abide by the safety operation rules maintenance rules and installation standards and specifications of the equipment.

Perform other duties and special project as assigned by management.


Qualifications and Experience:

Associate degree or above in machinery electronics and automation.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant practical work experience familiar with photovoltaic manufacturing industry or semiconductor production industry is preferred.

Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical mechanical and automation components preferred.

Good knowledge of pneumatic systems.

Ability to operate shop equipment bench tools hand tools inspection and test equipment.

Intermediate to Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites: Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP) Word and PowerPoint and other applications for data analysis

Dedicated and strive to achieve hardworking and reliable be able to adapt to shifts and work under pressure.


Physical Requirements

Frequently remains stationary up to 75% of the time

Frequently bend stand stoop and/or walk

Occasionally (Team Lift) carry weight and/or lift objects (light to moderate) weighing up to 20lbs.

Frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees coworkers and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information

Frequent use of sight to detect images on computer testing equipment office documents and

office objects near and far

Occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to upper and lower floors
