Staffing Coordinator- Arlington TX

Staffing Coordinators are responsible for planning organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that the companys labor requirements and needs are fulfilled. Staffing experience and supervisor experience are preferred. This is a position that guarantees growth within our company!

Duties Include:

• Plan organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
  
• Investigate the companys staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
  
• Work with recruiting agencies when needed
  
• Identify hardtofill roles and take proactive actions
  
• Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
  
• Assist in new employee onboarding
  
• Evaluate new staff
  
• Assist with new employee orientation
  
• Design and plan work shift schedules
  
• Assist with payroll procedures and activities
  

Job Type: 2040 hrs a week

Salary: $30000.00 $40000.00 per year
