Coiling Department Support

SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for the support of small end coiling personal to help achieve team goals in accordance with Katy Spring s safety policies and machine manufacture s written manuals and guidelines by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Achieves standard of 100% efficiency

Follows & utilizes Misquote Work Instructions.

Sustain 6S system in department and ensure that all tasks are being completed on schedule

Has complete understanding of reporting requirements by properly following JobBoss Workstation Driver Working Instructions

Limits scrap material to a minimum

ATTENDANCE:

Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance including but not limited to attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.
