Were looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support a salesperson in their quest to dominate the sales floor. This is an incredible opportunity to learn from the best gain valuable sales experience and play a key role in shaping the future of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Become an extension of the top salesperson. Youll be their shadow assisting with documentation identifying trends and offering insights to help refine and strengthen our sales processes.
  
• Become the first point of contact for inbound inquiries referrals and initial customer engagements.
  
• Master notetaker attentively listening to calls and meetings to identify areas for improvement and streamline the sales process.
  
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and processes boosting efficiency and maximizing results.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in Sales
  
• 3 years experience in Customer Service
  
• Eager to learn and passionate about sales
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  
• Ability to actively listen take notes and identify key takeaways
  
• A creative mind with a knack for problemsolving
  
• A datadriven approach to improvement
  
• Comfortable learning new technologies
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English
  
• Good American accent
  
• Quiet home office work environment
  
• Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  
• Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  
• At least 8gen i3 processors 8GB RAM and Windows or MAC SSD Disc
