Product Developer Onboarding Virtual Assistant 100 Remote

VirtuallyinCredible is a property management solutions company based in Florida USA. We have been in business since 2011 when we started with just 1 Virtual Assistant and now we have placed more than a thousand virtual assistants working with us.

In this exciting role youll play a pivotal role in welcoming new clients and ensuring their smooth transition from sales to actively using our product. Youll be the bridge between our sales team and our development team ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the goto person for coordinating client setups ensuring all accounts are configured smoothly and efficiently.
  
• The voice of the customer gathering valuable feedback from new clients during onboarding. This feedback will be used to continuously improve our product and user experience.
  
• Collaborate closely with our sales and development teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to product implementation for new clients.
  
• Responsible for refining and optimizing the onboarding process ensuring its clear efficient and provides maximum value to our new clients.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience with product development or a related field
  
• 3 years experience with onboarding or implementation processes
  
• Proven ability to gather and analyze user feedback
  
• A proactive and problemsolving mindset
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for ensuring a smooth user experience
  
• Ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English
  
• Good American accent
  
• Quiet home office work environment
  
• Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  
• Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  
• At least 8gen i3 processors 8GB RAM and Windows or MAC SSD Disc
