Our client Princeton NuEnergy is looking to add a Project/Program Manager to their team in the Bordentown NJ market!

We are seeking a selfdriven and resultsoriented Project / Program Manager to join our commercialization journey. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective execution demonstrate expertise in project management within a manufacturing setting and possess the ability to navigate complex bidding processes. This position requires a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence in a highperformance crossfunctional environment.

Lead the commercialization program from inception to completion.

Identify key stakeholders and define scope budget deliverables timeline milestones and resources.

Develop and oversee project plans including risk mitigation for various stages to ensure successful delivery.

Coordinate critical path activities and lead the resolution of project challenges.

Work with crossfunctional teams to create gotomarket plans including ROI analysis product positioning benefits and target market segments.

Manage project scope set quality and performance criteria solve challenges facilitate execution and meet Producttomarket (PTM) timelines.

Assess project risks and implement mitigation plans providing weekly updates to senior leadership.

Monitor and assign resources to streamline project efficiency and maximize outputs.

Collaborate closely with internal Engineering and G&A teams as well as external partners and customers.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WITH

Bachelor s degree in Business or a related Engineering field. PMP Certification is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project commercialization management within a manufacturing setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong executive presentation abilities.

Familiarity with the bidding process capable of reviewing and preparing RFPs and RFQs.

Prior experience in a B2B environment with Fortune 500 companies is highly preferred.

Selfdriven and resultsoriented.

Ability to work effectively in a highperformance crossfunctional organization with challenging timelines and goals.

Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
