Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to Luxury Watch & Jewelry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury retail exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the store ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and motivate a highperforming sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Foster a customercentric environment focused on delivering exceptional service and building longterm customer relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the head office to ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively and drive sales.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profitability.
- Train and develop staff in product knowledge sales techniques and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including health and safety standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to implement sales promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Boutique Manager in luxury Watch & Jewelry with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of retail metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business results.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or luxury management preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of retail management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
