Customer Service Representative Spanish Speaker

TopTalent Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client is seeking to onboard a Spanishspeaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Larnaca Cyprus.

WORK MODEL

• Onsite (WAH option after 6 months and based on performance)
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this role you will work as a Customer Support & Travel Agent for one of our clients in the aviation industry. Your task will be to promote services to existing clients. This is not a sales position.
• The most important task however is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling.
• You will be required to work on both calls and chats.
• Works well under pressure/multitasking skills / requires some previous multitasking examples
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Spanish and English (C2) (additional languages are considered an advantage)
• Friendly and positive team player
• Serviceoriented and great interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Good computer skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Empathetic
