Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Restructuring & Recovery Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of nonperforming loans (Private and Corporate) focusing on recovery/contentious matters.
• Establishing a diagnosis of the clients financial and asset situation proposing strategies and actions to limit the Banks exposure/risk.
• Negotiating and concluding restructuringrecovery agreements with clients and all stakeholders.
• Drafting ad hoc documentation and monitoring the proper execution of agreed action plans.
• Monitoring and controlling amicable and judicial procedures.
• Contributing to prevention efforts by sharing feedback with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Legal background.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a contentious or amicable recovery service credit analysis and/or structured financing ideally as a litigation/financial restructuring and recovery lawyer within a banks Special Affairs department.
• Indepth knowledge of credit products structured loans syndications restructuring risk assessment risk management finance fiscal and legal terms (business and individuals).
• Expertise in corporate insolvency law (amicable and collective procedures).
• Analysis of contractual documentation (syndicated loans bilateral loans subordination agreements guarantees transactional agreements protocols etc.).
• Financial analysis skills ability to challenge Independent Business Reviews (IBR) Business Plans and financial projections.
• Regulatory knowledge: new default definition forced restructuring measures (forbearance) management of nonperforming loans depreciation of receivables Prudential backstop.
• Fluent English mandatory.
