Founding Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our agent platform overseeing reasoning learning integrations runtime and technical architecture.
• Maintain high engineering standards and define the experience for early customers.
• Establish the technical foundation for the company.
• Develop and ship a highscale agent service managing thousands of remote services and integrations.
• Continuously iterate towards productmarket fit in an earlystage environment.
• Engage with end users (engineers with operational responsibilities) to understand their needs and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in highperformance programming languages such as Rust C Go Kotlin or Scala.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts particularly probabilistic systems.
• Experienced in operating highscale distributed infrastructure including technologies like Kubernetes Kafka and Spark.
• Skilled in building and optimizing AI products using major tools (both open and closed source).
• Passionate about generative AI and experienced in building ML/AI systems.

• Enthusiastic about creating tools for fellow engineers and approaching development as a craft.
• Ability to move quickly while improving the codebases quality.
• Background in shipping scalable agent services.
