Founding Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for our AI agent from ideation to implementation.
• Conduct user research to establish a feedback loop between users and the product.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and adaptable design system.
• Collaborate with backend engineering and research teams to bring the product vision to life.
• Build and integrate prototypes to validate ideas with end users quickly.
• Advocate for usercentered design principles and best practices.
• Develop and engineer productiongrade frontend interfaces as web CLI or conversational layers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design specifically for engineerfocused products.
• Proven track record in both designing and building products with public examples of work.
• Degree in Design HCI CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Skilled in design tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on the end user.
• Experience in designing AI data or observabilityfocused products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing public examples of previous work.
• Experience conducting user research and creating feedback loops.
