My client is looking to speak a unique individual that thrives being part of a dynamic and fastpaced environment where you can make a significant impact on physical investment projects.

Are you an individual that is dedicated to delivering customerfocused projects that adhere to the highest standards of safety quality and compliance This role will involve managing complex projects working with crossfunctional teams and the need to influence key stakeholders. You will be someone that will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the estate.

Your role will involve indirect leadership of external contractors and suppliers stakeholder management and staying abreast of industry trends and developments. Through your experience and strong project management skills you will drive successful project outcomes while leading crossfunctional teams and making strategic decisions within the framework of governance.

What do we need from you

You need to be highly experienced in complex project management with a strong commercial focus. With a logical and systematic approach you will consistently deliver wellstructured and thoughtful projects that meet time cost quality and safety parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project management activities
• Ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project planning resource allocation and risk management.
• Develop and implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to project managers fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders offering regular updates and progress reports on project initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and leadership role.
• Desirable APM (Association for Project Management) preferable or RICS RIBA Engineering equivalent.
• CSCS card advantageous.
• Site Management qualification (SMSTS) also advantageous.
• Experience of the leisure industry
