We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner for a wellreputed FMCG Manufacturing company in Colombo. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success in a Manufacturing Environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to departmental leaders providing strategic guidance and support on various HR matters specailly ER and IR matters. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach to develop and implement HR solutions that enhance employee engagement performance and retention in a large scale factory environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with departmental (Procurement Manufacturing QA R & D) leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support on a range of HR functions including talent acquisition contract negotiations arbitration and mediation grievances strikes and other forms of collective bargaining.performance management employee relations and organizational development.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity equity and belonging.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies programs and processes that support the company's culture and values.
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Serve as a resource for employees on HRrelated inquiries ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a Senior HR Manager role in a Manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations Specailly IR Matters.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
