• Travel: Occasionally

Responsibilities:

• Establish a new engineering team from scratch and support its career development.
• Build and manage a team of frontend or full stack engineers mentor junior members and provide technical support.
• Provide technical leadership and build highperforming teams within the organization.
• Communicate regularly with business teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the experience and performance of supply chain systems and platforms.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • 5 years of working experience in software development.
  • Experience managing or techleading a software engineering team.
  • Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
  • Deep understanding of data structures algorithm design and analysis and networking.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React Angular or Vue.js.
  • Ability to solve CSS/JS multibrowser compatibility issues and optimize frontend performance.
  • Familiarity with at least one backend language (Java Golang Python C) and common databases/messaging frameworks (MySQL Redis Kafka).
  • Excellent software design and problemsolving skills.
  • Passionate selfmotivated with good teamwork and communication skills.

• Preferred:

  • Experience in full stack development.
  • Familiarity with supply chain business.
