Job Description
**This is an onsite position.
1. Responsibility for operations and troubleshooting of system environments Server back up and security
2. Performance tuning and capacity planning
3. Analysis of system logs and identification of potential issues with computer systems; troubleshooting of reported problems
4. Migration and integration of new technologies and functionalities into existing system environments
5. Management of user accounts
We need this position that provides desktop support to the 14 agencies that utilize our service. This position will perform PC replacements remote support activities such as troubleshooting software installations process improvement activities and asset record analysis. This position will work on site to perform handson duties such as imaging PC hookups and asset inventories. We need a contractor to provide excellent desktop support to our customers who are providing support to the citizens of North Carolina.
