Job Description

  • Contract period: Engagement would ideally commence 22 July 2024. Detailed Requirements Document to be completed by 16 August 2024.
  • Location: Canberra
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory




About the Role:

SoftLabs is seeking Documentation Consultant for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra. The consultant will work with a PWSS Project Officer to help create the Detailed Requirement Document. This will include consultation processes with the PWSS users of the new client management system to ensure it meets business needs.





Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in creating Detailed Requirements Documents for software procurement in Government.
  • Experience of user centred design in user consultation and Agile approaches.
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to make ICT concepts accessible to nonICT professionals.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.




Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in developing systems and software solutions for a Human Resources setting.
