Position Overview:
AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries complaints and orders with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude.
Process customer orders payments and returns accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records and databases.
Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions:
This is a fulltime position with occasional overtime and weekend work.
