Opportunity Overview TITLE Corporate Governance Expert START DATE July 2024 DURATION 2 – 3 months with the possibility of extensions UTILIZATION 80100% LOCATION(S) Switzerland AREA Legal
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Corporate Governance Expert for a multinational life sciences company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team to implement a Data Governance Model with automated workflows review processes and identify potential areas for improvement. Proficiency in Global Entity Management System (GEMS) or similar governance management systems is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement a robust Data Governance Model with automated workflows in GEMS
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline data governance activities
  • Identify and leverage efficiencies to enhance the overall benefits of using GEMS
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of governance strategies
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate governance ideally with a focus on data governance and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in GEMS or similar governance management systems
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and implement efficiencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in any additional language is a plus
  • A university degree in Law Business Administration or a related field
