Our client started this company with the purest of intentions: eliminate single use plastic water bottles by providing a superior refillable bulk water option for consumers.

In this position you will be responsible for some oncall duties as necessary. You are responsible for working with a national network of contractors to provide troubleshoot and service needs for water filtration equipment in grocery stores.

Responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients
• Conducting calls with clients for any issues or questions
• Troubleshooting service needs
• Multitasking and documenting notes
• Sedentary position and must be able to work autonomously

Requirements:

• 3 years of solid and consistent work history
• 3 years of experience in a role that you worked on the phone for your entire shift
• Must be detail oriented
• Exceptional organizational skills
• 3 years of experience with solid computer skills
• 3 years of Google Suite and MS Office experience
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical aptitude basic plumbing and electrical
