Ensure that the assembly or production line adheres to the required standards and procedures and complies with legal requirements. Review the required schematics and specifications to compare them with the produced goods. Record inspection results through reports, summarize returned products and waste, and enter data into the quality database. Train the production team on quality control measures to improve the product, and propose any possible improvements to the production process to achieve excellence in the industry. Continuously monitor the machines used in production to ensure they are sound and free of defects, dispose of any parts that do not meet the requirements, and carry out necessary repairs on an ongoing basis.
