Project Design Associate Director of Architectural Design

This is a fulltime onsite role as a Project Design Associate Director of Architectural & Design. The role is located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As a Project Design Associate Director you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural and design aspects of projects. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects including concept development space planning and design implementation. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the design team ensuring that all projects meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience in architectural and design project management
• Strong knowledge of architectural and design principles practices and techniques
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Experience in the Indonesian architecture and design industry is preferred
