Job Description
- Maintain a constant surveillance of pool users and recognise and react to signs of danger.
- Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations and policies to ensure safety of pool users.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Carry out emergency rescues and treatments until medical staff arrive.
- Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all users.
- Promote and provide an environment that is clean, safe and comfortable for all users.
- Ensure timetabled sessions are set up and cleared away promptly.
- Cleaning duties, as required, on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest standards of presentation (supported by the cleaning team).
