Job Description

Position Title: Call Center Representative

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Call Center Supervisor

Location: Las Vegas NV

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls provide product and service information resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
    • Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
  • Problem Resolution:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
    • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
  • Sales and Promotions:

    • Inform customers about current promotions offers and new products.
    • Upsell and crosssell products and services when appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
