Roles and Responsibilites:

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  
• Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
  

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Familiarity with travel industry trends, booking procedures, and customer service practices adds an advantage Working knowledge in Amadeus software to navigate, block and book tickets.
