Dans le cadre d un accroissement temporaire de la charge de travail (e.g. : windows endpoints related
Dans le cadre d un accroissement temporaire de la charge de travail (e.g. : windows endpoints related
projects new Windows 11 security principle) dans l quipe Digital Workplace Creos IT cherche un
praticien pour du packaging d application sur Intune pour une mission d un an partir du 15 juillet 2024.
La mission requ rant de conna tre Intune et d tre autonome sur le packaging d applications nous
recherchons une ressource ayant au minimum 2 ans d exp rience (Intune/Packaging).
A noter que le packager est responsable de toute la chaine : de la collecte des besoins jusqu au bon
fonctionnement final de l application il ne s agit pas uniquement de packager mais de collaborer avec
les utilisateurs m tiers pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal de leur application (incluant les
ventuels accessoires mat riels).
Le domaine concern :
La plateforme Intune requi re les comp tences cidessous et les candidats seront attendues en
cons quence :
Key responsibilities:
Create and manage software installation packages in Intune.
Collaborate with IT teams & business users to gather requirements and ensure compatibility of
software applications.
Test and troubleshoot application installations as well as functional tests to ensure apps is
working as expected with key users in charge.
Provide technical support for software deployment and running issues. (incident and change
mgmt..)
Maintain documentation for all packaged applications and update global packaging guidelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of deployment strategies. (e.g.: application
lifecycle)
Ensure compliance with company policies & our strict security governance and licensing
agreements.
Support the IT team in the deployment of Windows endpoints.
Qualifications & skills:
Experience with software packaging: 10years of which 5years with Intune.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems
Strong experience with:
o Scripting languages such as PowerShell VBS and Batch. (converting legacy scripts)
o Packaging tools. (E.g.: Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool Orca PSAppDeployToolkit)
o Secured and hardened environment (E.g.: WDAC AppLocker MS Defender CIS
baseline Intune EPM)
o Microsoft 365 (e.g. : Microsoft graph Intune module)
o Automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
Les conditions li es au service prest sont :
La prestation se fera pendant les heures de bureau raison de 5 jours semaine.
Un jour est quivalent 8 heures de temps de travail effectif effectu pendant les heures de
bureau.
Nos heures de pr sence sont de 7h00 18h00 et les horaires des ressources seront d finir
en concertation avec l quipe en place.
