Change Manager (AI Transformation)
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a contract role with our client in the insurance industry with the potential for extension or conversion to a fulltime position. This role is vital in addressing a temporary increase in workforce needs and focuses on implementing Gen AI global change strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth organizational transformation.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $58.70 to $71.00 based on experience.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Act as a key executor in implementing Gen AI global change strategies and action plans to engage stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition during organizational transformation.
Contribute to the development of a Gen AI prompt library.
Develop and moderate a Gen AI Community of Practice fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among Gen AI stakeholders.
Create support materials for the leadership network and colleagues to provide guidance and resources for successful Gen AI adoption.
Organize largescale interactive engagement events to promote understanding gather feedback and build support for Gen AI.
Develop deploy and analyze surveys to gauge employee sentiment identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of change efforts.
Create stakeholder updates and develop communications to ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the change management process.
What you will need to succeed:
Secondary education preferred.
ProSci or similar certification required for Change Management.
PMP Product Owner or similar certification required for Product/Project Management.
Six Sigma or similar certification (nicetohave).
35 years of proven experience in change management.
Exposure to methodologies like Humancentered Design Design Thinking or Agile.
Analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen focus on identifying and addressing barriers to change.
Experience in developing stakeholder support materials and organizing largescale workshops and similar events.
2 years of experience.
Demonstrated track record of effectively leading and inspiring crossfunctional teams.
35 years of experience developing and moderating communities change champion networks and similar groups.
2 years of experience analyzing data and developing and monitoring dashboards.
Exposure or experience with Gen AI (nicetohave).
Experience with modern engagement platforms like LinkedIn TikTok Instagram YouTube etc. (nicetohave).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
