Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients.
  
• Create detailed drawings plans and 3D models using CAD software.
  
• Develop space plans that optimize the use of interior spaces.
  
• Ensure designs comply with building codes regulations and safety standards.
  

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
  
• Coordinate with contractors vendors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
• Oversee the construction and installation process conducting site visits and inspections as necessary.
  
• Work closely with architects engineers and other design professionals.
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative design processes.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of interior designs with architectural elements.
  

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Architecture Interior Design Architecture or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior architecture or a related field.
  
• Proven experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
  

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp) and 3D modeling tools (3ds Max Rhino).
  
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards.
  
• Excellent design skills with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  
• Strong project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.
  
• Effective communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
  

License/Certification:

• License as an Interior Architect or Architect is an added advantage.
