Salary Range: $85000 $113000

Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Physical Therapist

• Will perform comprehensive assessment of therapy patients both in the inpatient and outpatient setting develop a plan of care perform treatment as indicated assess patient s response to treatment and assist with discharge planning.
  
• Utilize exercises manual therapy modalities and education to improve the patient s overall mobility pain and functional ability.
  
• Provide education related to the treatment program disease process and prevention of further injuries to the patient family/caregiver and other members of the healthcare team.
  
• Document in electronic health system.
  
• Communicate with referring practitioner nursing unit and other departments when appropriate.
  

Qualifications of Physical Therapist

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  
• Current Physical Therapist license
