A well know construction company is looking for a young junior candidate to occupy a role as a Project Manager Assistant.
Duties:
Supporting the Project Manager
Coordination of projects
Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
Contributing to the planning and development of projects
Requirements:
Valid drivers license (vehicle will be provided)
Flue in Afrikaans
Honestreliable and eager to learn
No prior experience is essential
Duties: Creating and Maintaining Schedules:Developing detailed project schedules that outline all tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Coordination:Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the schedule. Monitoring Progress:Tracking the progress of the project against the schedule and identifying any potential delays. Adjusting Schedules:Making necessary adjustments to the schedule to accommodate changes in project scope, resources, or timelines. Resource Allocation:Ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines. Requirements 2+ year experience with scheduling of construction projects Clear criminal record Honest, commited and driven Availible ASAP
