Job Description

MUST HAVE LOAN PROCESSING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR NEXT STEPS.

We are currently looking for an individual to manage the daytoday operations of our office manager position at one of our new offices. This requires monitoring service feeds and installing a calendar and making updates and changes. You will be in direct communication at times with the Install/Sales Manager. You will be communicating with installation technicians as well. This position requires quality control for our install/service side to maintain our 5 star reviews maintaining these reviews and customer satisfaction is top priority responding to service clients calling and booking on time is crucial to this position. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills the ability to multitask and the ability to think fast on their feet in a fastpaced environment while providing friendly professional customer service to all of our customers.

Requirements

Some of the daily tasks that you will be responsible for include:

  • Overseeing the work of all office employees installers service techs and sales representatives to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
  • Scheduling and updating install appointments on CRM
  • Update install spreadsheet accordingly
  • Review loan submittals and ensure all required documents are complete
  • Make verification calls to verify applicant information including employment and income
  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Creating and submitting purchasing orders for office supplies that need to be requested for the office and monitoring office supplies as needed
  • Organizing and keeping the office clean
  • Manage and consistently update clients profiles in CRM as needed
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of borrower information and adhere to privacy regulations
  • Other duties as assigned.
