Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist you ll be responding to the immediate needs of customers and enabling them to use the platform effectively. You will be responsible for resolving and completing tickets from the implementation queue which includes actioning build requests for customers. The primary measure of success is resolving and completing cases within key timeframes.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and complete task lists efficiently.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with internal teams and customers.

  • Optimistic and proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM 5:00 AM 2 PM PH time
Employment Type: Full Time
