Job Description
- Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Wadi’s Director, including drafting reports, letters, contracts, and agreements. Translation between English and Arabic is required.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the Board of Directors, Executive Director, staff, and stakeholders.
- Attend and record minutes for key meetings (board meetings, committee meetings, staff meetings) and prepare and distribute notifications, correspondence, agendas, and materials.
- Oversee liaison functions for Wadi Board and General Assembly members.
- Act as the Point of Contact with government officials and local authorities on issues related to Wadi.
- Lead the process of obtaining approval for foreign funding applications.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
