Senior Backend Developer

Datarails is a financial Operating System for automating planning and analysis while enabling finance teams to continue using Excels familiar spreadsheets and financial models.

Datarails is growing and we are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer to join our team and help Datarails succeed in its rapidly growing journey while maintaining high coding standards and quality.

The potential candidate has creative solutions to complex challenges with a strong motivation and passion for success.

• Take part in developing the backend of the DataRails SAAS application
• Develop and lead endtoend development of new features and services in a multiservice environment while maintaining high quality and standards.
• Develop scalable web APIs implement sophisticated business logic and develop asynchronous services in a dataoriented scalable application.
• Take part in a multidisciplinary team involving algorithms/frontend/UI/DevOps
• Play a significant role in the entire development lifecycle from design to production.

Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in software development in a SaaS company
• Fluent in Python (Django)
• Excellent knowledge and experience with building optimizing and maintaining largescale production systems
• Experience with writing unit tests and integration tests
• Experience with Relational DBs (Postgres MSSQL)
• Experience and familiarity with Cloud Architecture and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Highlevel English is a must)
