With ambitious growth plans in Europe we seek a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our techoriented Support and Installation Teams in our Riga office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide coach and manage a Support Team of 8 fulltime employees and 24 seasonal parttime employees.
• Oversee European support functions centralized in our Riga office supporting up to 100000 live broadcasts annually (B2B and B2C).
• Coordinate a team of 23 Rigabased Travelling Installers manage logistics and plan installation trips across Europe with teams in Helsinki Stockholm Oslo Copenhagen and Prague.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers of various streaming services.
• Operational management of the Riga office.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing techoriented Support Teams.
• Wellorganized and adept at working with internal and external resources.
• Knowledgeable in IT and broadcasting.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• University degree.
• Fluent in English and Latvian (additional languages are a plus).
